OMG An update!
*Beware, spoilers may be mentioned in the following*

Here way are Ladies and Gentlemen! The costumes I made for this year's Animethon 16 Convention and Cospay Contest. This is the Emperor Lelouch cosplay that I made for :icondarkangel6: And I can say that I can't take credit for all of it. My Original did an awesome job of making her own pants and boots since I wasn't able to make those for her and fit them when I'm living 6 hours away from her all summer T.T

I'm fairly pleased with how it came out but was a little disappointed that the robe didn't have the fullness I was hoping for. Ah well, by the 6th month of sewing, motivation gets lost and time starts to run short so you have to work with what you have. One thing that I am really happy with is how the applique came out on the back of the robe and the way the robe opens to display the applique on the shirt.

All in all the robe, belt and shirt for this costume took me about 1.5 months to put together in addition to my full time job and other projects. And for those who are interested with our skit, we came out with second place in the expert division of the cospay contest. WOOT Hurray for us! *high fives Original*

The collage was put together by my favourite and only :icondarkangel6: Thank you so much! *tackle* and the pictures were taken primarily by Taisa! You RULE!

*cough* okay now that thats out of my system~ I absolutely adore how well both costumes came out!! You did such an awesome job with the details and I love the beading work heheheh *plays with it like a cat* I don't even know what to say other than I still go into fits of giggles when I see it there in my closet - soooooo epic!!!

Thanks! I only win at life cause I have you to push me to do crazy but totally epic and worth wile things ^^

I'm really happy how they came out too. I can always be my worst critic, but all in all I think they came out well.

I KNOW!!! I may have been playing with the beads on your belt after I finished sewing them on ^^' How can you not when there hanging there and totally shiny!

Heh Heh Heh.....Yes....halloween shall be. Sadly I have to send a bunch of my costumes into storage in my parents Harry Potter closet in Victoria due to storage and frequent moving issues. But I'm going to keep the Suzaku one out for this Halloween, that's for sure.

Also, I notice discussion of Halloween this year, I have it booked off already and if we wanna do a party at my place again we should be able too. XD

Lol I totally wish you could have been there too! It was so much fun. Al bet a little stressful just trying to coordinate lots of people so we get a chance to see everyone and spend time with them. But it was so worth it.
